About Scott

Scott Wolintez has been a practicing lawyer in New York City 15 years specializing in plaintiffs personal injury. He received his law degree from Benjamin Cardozo Law School in 1994. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1991. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, the Eastern and Southern Courts of New York. Scott is also a member of the New York State bar Association and The New York State Trial Lawyers Association. In 2011, Scott was appointed Adjunct Professor of Law at the Seton Hall University School of Law in the Conflict Management Program. In 2012, Scott was a guest lecturer at the Georgetown School of Law where he lectured on negotiation in a civil context.
